Indistinct inscriptions on the title page. Ownership inscriptions on the last page. The leaf before the title page contains the signature of R. "Shmuel ben R. Y.L. Deutch" (died 1944. He was a scholar and Kabbalist and was counted among the great men of Jerusalem. His disciple was R. Amram Blau, founder of Neturei Karta in Jerusalem).

The last page contains a listing of the manuscripts available in Jerusalem, as well as a drawing of the Western Wall.
28 leaves; [2], 23, [1] leaves. 19 cm. Yismach Lev is in fair-poor condition. Margins cut flush with the text; with damage to text. Two leaves (2, 18) have tears with significant damage to text. Chiddushei HaRan is in excellent condition. Old binding.
