Five Yiddish books. Munich, 1947-1948 (one book without indication of date or place; it was possibly printed in another city and a later year).
1. Di zibn zind fun di ahdut brekher, an ofener briv tsu der sheyres-hapleyte [The seven sins of the unity-breakers, an open letter to She'erit Hapletah]. [Germany?]: "'Hagganah' in Galut Europa", [1947/1948?].
2. Doyres dertseyln (fartsayṭiḳe un ḥosidishe legends) [The Story of Generations (Early and Hassidic Legends)], by David Cohen. Munich: "Merkaz 'Dror' in Deutschland", [1947].
3. Undzer likui-hamah: lider, 1939-1946 [Our Solar Eclipse, Poems], by Yitzchak Perlov. Munich: Po'alei Zion in Deutschland, 1947.
4. Undzer regnboygn, baladn un lider [Our rainbow, Ballades and Poems], by Yitzchak Perlov. [Munich?]: Po'alei Zion Hitachdut Minchen, 1948. A colorful illustration is printed on the front cover, signed in the plate by "David Wachman". Not in NLI.
5. A Leben Geit Oif [Life Goes On], by Shlomo Berlinski. Munich: Befreiung, 1948. At the beginning of the book, a printed plate with the author's portrait by Zvi Hirsch Szylis. A paper cover with an illustration by Pinchas Schwartz.
Size and condition vary. Good overall condition. Minor stains and creases. Blemishes and tears to covers (most of them minor), especially along the spines.
