22 "combat leaves" ("Daf Kravi"), "leaves for the soldier" ("Daf LaChayal") and other leaflets, issued by the IDF, from the time of the Six-Day-War and the Yom Kippur War. [Israel, 1967/1973].
1-2. Two "Combat Leaves" ("Daf Kravi") "to the officers and soldiers of the south" during the Six-Day-War, signed (in print) on behalf of the GOC of the Southern Command, Yeshayahu Gavish: * "Daf Kravi" no. 1, from the first day of the war, June 5, 1967, with reports from the battle zones and words of encouragement to the soldiers. * "Daf Kravi" no. 6, two days after the battles. June 12, 1967.
3. "BaDarom" (In the South), the journal of the Southern Command, issue no. 7, June 6, 1967. The issue contains the text of the "Daf Kravi" that was published on the preceding day ("Daf Kravi" no. 1), accounts of the battles of the War of Independence and Operation "Kadesh" and photographs.
4-18. Fifteen "Combat Leaves" (nos.: 1-11, 17-18, 20-21) issued by the Central Command – the Yom Kippur War. Printed since the first day of the war, October 6, 1973, until the days after the ceasefire along the Egyptian border, October 31, 1973. The leaves contain reports from the various fronts, words of support and encouragement, heroic stories, and more, with illustrations.
19-21. "Leaf for the Soldier" ("Daf LaChayal"), three informational leaflets which were printed during the Yom Kippur War by the Chief Education Officer, Information and Training Branch. October 12, 20 and 24, 1973.
22. "Leaf for the Fighters of Engineering Corps", signed (in print) on behalf of Yitzchak Ben-Dov, Brigadier general, Chief Engineering Officer, October 1973.
Size and condition vary. Good overall condition.
Enclosed: "Thus the First Bridge was Erected on the Channel" (Hebrew), leaflet issued by "Yedi'ot Acharonot". October 23, 1973.
