The Orthodox Jewish experience in Holocaust-era Britain: December 1942-dated mimeograph copy of " Young Jewry's Weekly", illustrated youth periodical, volume 8 (#11-12) for Chanukka period; 16 pages (at least 1 pg/2 sides missing at end) - unattributed affiliation/origin; includes many hand-illustrated Chanukka-related puzzles/games/activities for children; cover designed by Jakob Sohn (1941) & an article on Chanukka halachot by Rabbi Dr. S. M. Lehrman (author of numerous books including on Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik; Rabbi of New Synagogue of Stamford Hill) - as such this periodical probably " modern-Orthodox" & may be a predecessor to the "Young Jewry" periodical of the Joint Emergency Committee for Jewish Religious Education in Great Britain; likely produced as religious education for Jewish children evacuated from urban centers in UK during WWII.
