המחאה בסך 900 פרנק עותמניים שהיה אז סכום גדול מאוד שניתנה על ידי יחזקאל דנין (סוכובולסקי) לניסים קורקידי שניהם היו ממייסדי תל אביב, ההמחאה נושאת 2 חותמות של יחזקאל דנין וחתימה בגב של ניסים קורקידי, תאריך ההמחאה הינו 13 לפברואר או ספטמבר 1906 (לא הצלחנו לקבוע בוודאות), ידוע שבשנת 1906 כשעלה ארצה עקיבא ארייה וייס החלו פעולות להקמת עיר עברית ראשונה.
מצב: טוב מאוד, קרע קטן ללא חיסרון.
