13 letter handwritten letter signed by Rabbi Menachem Elazar Shach.
In the letter, Rabbi Shach wishes to help and contribute to the Yeshiva in Ofakim, "from which many students have already left the great Yeshivot ... and this is the existence of the Torah and especially in the northern Negev, where there is great neglect ..."
The letter was written entirely in his handwriting, with a signature and stamp, on official stationery.
