"From day to day, we are in a state of economic decline" - Letter of Rabbi Shimon Shkop zt "l - Horodna 1934.
Letter by the Ga'on Rabbi Shimon Shkop zt "l to Rabbi Avraham Werner zt" l [the first rabbi of Netanya]. Hordana 1934
In the letter, Rabbi Shimon thanks Rabbi Werner, who thanks to the Yeshivah was rescued, and asks that "also in the future he will help the heroes, these are the sons of our lofty yeshiva who sacrifice their milk and blood on the altar of love of Torah and mitzvot. In her head, - will do for the sake of prolonging its existence .. ".
The letter is written on a typewriter on official paper of Rabbi Shimon's yeshiva. With the signature of his holy hand
