A bi-lingual booklet, in Yiddish and French, with regulations of the Jewish Workers Union – Chambre Syndicale des Ouvriers Casquettiers (union of cap makers) founded in France in 1896. In the beginning and at the end of the booklet appear tables to be filled in with details of payments (according to months). In one table appear signatures and ink-stamps indicating payments in the years 1911-1912.
[10], 38, 8 pp, 14 cm. Good overall condition. Loose leaves. Stains. Slight damage. Leaves are numbered at upper corners with a color pencil.
