Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1961) was a Dayan, Av Beit Din, an arbiter, one of the founders of the Chief Rabbinate, a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate and Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem between the years (1936-1960).
Rabbi Ya'akov Kalmas was a rabbi of Moscow and a member of the Council of the Chief Rabbinate at the time of the establishment of the State of Israel. 
Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai HaLevi Valkovski: (1863-1962) was a rabbi, member of the Chief Rabbinate Council, author of the series "The Talmudic System and the Poskim".
