Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac ben Yaakov (1801 - 1863) was a Lithuanian Jewish bibliographer who also traded and published books from the leaders of the Jewish community in Vilna, and his most important bibliography is the comprehensive bibliography of the Hebrew book, His bibliographical studies, which he wrote for decades, included 17,000 Hebrew books from the beginning of the printing press until 1863.
