Rabbi Moshe HaCohen Ram (Romanov) was a disciple of Rabbi Avraham Dov Kahana-Shapira - the last rabbi of Kovno. Author of Responsa Devar Avraham [son-in-law of the great of Minsk - author of Or Gadol], was ordained as a rabbi in America , The book was published with the encouragement of Rabbi Kook and Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Epstein, head of the Yeshiva of Hebron, the book contains the approbations of his teacher Rabbi Shapira Rabbi Kook R. M. M. Epstein and R. Meltzer.
