Unused certificate of purchase of a "bond for debt held by the bearer of the government of Eretz Israel", c. 1948: issued by the firm "Eretz Israel Financing" of 102 Allenby St. Tel Aviv as per the terms printed below. "Government of Eretz Israel" didn't formally exist & referred to the national leadership of the pre-State 'Yishuv': it issued bonds in 1944-46 and also instituted an "emergency time" insurance program in 1948 to protect property and capital equipment during the War of Independence. Some edge tears, one repaired with tape.
