WWII era gas rationing voucher: issued by the Jewish Agency for Palestine through Shell Oil Co.; dated 2 Jan(?) 1940 & issued in Hadar (Haifa), for 4 gallons of benzine for car #397 (originally 861 & crossed out); on reverse instructions for the regional inspector to fill out all the details in the order forms & receipts before releasing them to whoever he has authorized to receive the fuel; with filing hole & staple holes.
