[4], 4-59, 39, [2] leaves, 30 cm. With approbations by Rabbi Yosef Shaul Halevi Nathanson, Rabbi Doverush Meislish Av Beis Din of Warsaw, Rabbi Baruch Sholom the son of the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek and more. [2] title page at the beginning of the Sefer and an additional title page for section II. Stamps of Rabbi Mendel Babad and his son Rabbi Avraham Moshe Babad, with many handwritten glosses in section II.

Rabbi Avraham David ben Rabbi Yehuda Lavat (1815-1890) a Chassid of the Rebbe the Tzemach Tzeddek and his son the Admor the maharash. Rav of Ramnovka and Rosh Kollel there since 1844. For forty years was the Rav of Nikolaev. Author of Kav Venaki, Hashlamas Hasdarim, additions to Sefer Beis Aharon, Sha'ar Hakollel on Siddur haAdmor HaZaken, Netiv HaChaim on Derech HaChaim and more. His Seforim were widely distributed. His biography appears in the Brooklyn 1985 edition of Kav Venaki.

Rabbi Menachem Mendel ben Rabbi Zvi Babad (1862-1930) the son of the famed Babad family of Tarnopol. A descendant of Rabbi Chaim Babad of Miklonitz, the brother of the Minchas Chinuch. Rabbi Menachem Mendel served since 1890 as Av Beis Din of Gura-Homora (Bokovina) and was renowned as a true Gaon, Chassid bar Oriyan. See Otzar HaRabbanim 13404.

Rabbi Avraham Moshe ben Rabbi Menachem Mendel Babad (1899-1980) a disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Meir Erik, who gave him his Hora'ah Semicha. A Gaon in Nigleh and Nistar, knowledgeable in all subjects of the Torah who succeeded his father as Av Beis Din of Gura-Homora. Immigrated to Eretz Yisroel after the Holocaust and served as Rav in Jaffa. The son-in-law of Rabbi Eliezer Nissan Horowitz of Safed (Djikov), of the Vizhnitz family.

Simple binding, stains, good condition.
