The Zohar on the Book of Exodus, printed by the Re'em Widow and Brothers, Vilna 1924.
This copy was owned by Rabbi Yaakov Mordechai Zinger (1862-1928), born in Hebron. For 40 years, Rabbi Zinger served as Rabbi of Rishon LeZion. After his death in 1928, his widow, Mrs. Sara Zinger, donated the book to 'Knesset Yisrael' Yeshiva in Hebron. A year later, during the 1929 Pogrom, most of the books of the Yeshiva were burnt. Miraculously, a few books survived, including this one. Eventually, the 'Knesset Yisrael' Yeshiva moved to Jerusalem.
Stamps of the Hebron Yeshiva are stamped on the book as well as stamps of the Hebron Yeshiva in Jerusalem.
Very good condition.
