Historical-Chassidic Letter about the Immigration of the 'Chelkat Yehoshua' of Biala to the Land of Israel
"And when G-d willing I will come to the Land of Israel..."
Historical -Chassidic letter, entirely handwritten and signed by the Admo"r Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz of Biala author of the Chelkat Yehoshua, on his official stationery. [c. 1946].
This is an early, fascinating letter written on stationery from Poland. The Rabbi writes in the letter about his beloved son asking his relative R' Zeidel (?) to lend him an amount of 15 pounds and when the rabbi himself immigrates to the Land of israel, he will repay him. The rabbi, whose blessings were always fulfilled, ends his letter with a most important blessing "may he be blessed as his heart's wishes for the better".
Refer to Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography of the Admo"r Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz.
