1950 3rd Coinage mixed franking mail: 20-3-1953 "Lacol" austerity period business stationary registered commercial cover from TEL AVIV to AFULA, franked 90pr at the DO-3a period rate (30pr letter + 60pr registration), using 10pr horizontal strip including tete-beche pair (Ba43/43a) + tabbed 40pr 1952 New Year (Ba73) franks, tied by 4 strikes of TEL AVIV-29 postmark on front + 2 on back; backstamped 23-3-53 AFULA-3 arrival. Gently opened at back; peripheral tear to back-flap. Estimated value $70+
