Israeli official mail: lot of 5x late 1951 postmarked official mail registered covers sent from various government departments to Bank Leumi in JERUSALEM, with various departmental cachets, all franked 40pr (for period basic letter rate of 15pr + registry fee of 25pr) using official mail stamps. Some envelopes are reused as done during the austerity 'Tzena' period.
