Beit Yisrael – its name shall be "Derisha U'Perisha" on the Tur Orach Chaim, by Rabbi Yehoshua Falk Katz, "and it is based on the Arba'a Turim, and the other three sections are widely circulated, and this was published and disappeared until now". Berlin, 1767. First edition. On the rear side of the title page is the approbation of Rabbi Aharon son of Rabbi Moshe Migeza Zvi "together with his Beit Din".
The author, one of the commentators on the Tur and the Shulchan Aruch and one of the greatest later sages, author of the book "Meirat Einayim", the disciple of the Maharshal and the Rema, headed a yeshiva and taught Torah scholars who became great Rabbis. Among his many students was Rabbi Yeshaya HaLevi Horowitz, the Shelah. His books are amongst the basic books of halacha throughout the generations, and are found in all editions of the Shulchan Aruch from 1635-1638, when only the commentaries on Yoreh Deah and Even HaEzer were printed. The Choshen Mishpat section was published in Frankfurt am Main, 1712. Before us is the fourth part in its first edition, which completes the four pillars.
111 leaves.
Condition: Good.
