מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, "עש"ק פ' עלי באר ענו לה" [ט' תמוז] תשכ"ח [1968].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילים בכתב-ידו.
מכתב "כללי-פרטי" (מכתב שנשלח למספר אנשים בנוסח זהה), אל המחנך הרה"ח ר' אבא לוין בכפר חב"ד, נשלח בסמיכות לחג הגאולה י"ב-י"ג תמוז, ימים בהם השתחרר חמיו של הרבי האדמו"ר הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש ממאסרו ברוסיה הסובייטית בשנת תרפ"ז.
במכתבו מביע הרבי את תקוותו: "אשר בימי סגולה... תעלה בזכרון כאו"א [כל אחד ואחד] פרשת הגאולה, פרשת המאסר שקדם לה ופרשת הסיבות שגרמו להם, זכרון המביא לידי התבוננות... המביא לידי מעשה... הפצת היהדות, התורה (הנגלה והפנימית) ומצותי' ועד כדי מסנ"פ [מסירת נפש]... לעמוד חזק נגד כל מונע ומעכב, אויב ומתנקם – הן מחוץ והן מבית, ולהיות בטוח אשר סוף סוף יבטלו כל המניעות ועיכובים ותצליחנה הפעולות הולך והוסיף ואור, וגם מספר הפועלים בזה... יגדל הלוך וגדל... עדי לקיום היעוד כי תרבה הדעה והחכמה והאמת ומלאה הארץ דעה את ה'".
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "בברכת" הוסיף הרבי בכתב-יד קדשו את המילים: "הצלחה בעבוה"ק [בעבודתו הקדושה]".
