מכתב מאת הקהילה היהודית באסמרה, אל מחלקת הכשרות ברבנות הראשית לישראל. אסמרה (אריתריאה), תשרי תשי"ב [1951].
המכתב כתוב בכתב יד על נייר מכתבים רשמי של "קהלת היהודים באסמרא" וחתום ע"י הרב רצון טובי, רבה של הקהילה, ממוצא תימני. המכתב נשלח לרבנות הראשית לישראל, והוא עוסק בכשרות הבשר הנשלח מאסמרה לישראל.
