Letter dated 1926, written by Rabbi Chaim Efrayim Baloity, Rabbi of Tornolja, to R. Yaakov Gordon of Bournemouth,
expressing disappointment at not receiving financial aid that another author received.
Rabbi Chaim Efrayim Baloity (1863-1944), a disciple of Rabbi Shmuel Ginz – Schlesinger of Abraham, Rabbi Moshe Hirsh Fuchs of Groszwardein and Rabbi Naftali Schwartz of Mad. Rabbi of Tornolja from 1898. Author of Chamudei Efrayim and Eshel Chaim.
