"Parshiot Sh'Korin B'Shabbat LMincha U'Lsheini V'Chamishi [Sections which are read on Shabbat at Mincha and on Monday and Thursday]. With "Pirkei Avot, which are customarily said on the Shabbatot between Pesach and Shavuot one each Shabbat…".
Seems to have been printed with no title page. The place and year of printing are unknown. Most probably printed in Venice, circa 1740 and maybe earlier.
Extremely rare. Similar but different sized editions are found in the National Library, and only the parshiot are printed in them, not Pirkei Avot.
