חותמת בראש עמוד השער: "שמשון אהרן בהרב ר' יחזקאל (?) אבד"ק בוהוש" (השם מופיע גם באותיות לטיניות, יחד עם שם המשפחה דרברמדיגר).
רבי שמשון אהרן דרברמדיגר (נולד בתרל"ו, אוצר הרבנים 19945), אב"ד בוהוש (רומניה), ור"מ בישיבת "בית ישראל" (הישיבה היחידה ברומניה שהיתה מאושרת בידי השלטון), בראשותו של האדמו"ר רמ"מ פרידמן.
[4], רעב, [2] דף, 33 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-גרוע. כרך מפורק. דפים מנותקים. פגעי תילוע רבים. כתמים, קמטים ובלאי. כריכת עור מקורית, מנותקת וקרועה, עם פיסות חסרות.
