מחברת עם העתקה בכתב יד, של הלכות שחיטה וטריפות. פותחת בהעתקה של סימן י"ז, "השוחט את הבהמה אע"פ שלא פרכסה" (עד סימן נ"ח בערך).
בסוף המחברת כותב המעתיק "הלכה למעשה מועתקים מכתיבת יד הח' הש' כה"ר דוד אזולאי יצ"ו שו"ב מעיר מראקיש יע"ה".
[34] עמ', 14.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב. כתמים. קרעים קלים בשולי כמה מהדפים. העטיפה בלויה, קרועה ומוכתמת, עם נייר דבק (חומצי) על השדרה.
