הזמנה לכבוד חתונת בתו של האדמו"ר. בראש הדף שיר בו רמוזים באקרוסטיכון שמותיהם המלאים של החתן והכלה: דבורה לאה וחיים יצחק אייזיק.
רישומים בכתב-יד (לא מזוהה) של דברי תורה, בדף השני מצידו האחורי (ומעט בצדו הקדמי).
דף כפול (עמוד אחד מודפס). 24x15 ס"מ. מצב בינוני. מעט כתמים. קרעים (עם פגיעה קלה בטקסט בראש הדף) וקמטים בשולי הדף. סימני קיפול.
