Lot of Chiddushei Torah from lessons of the Gra’il Steinman, and others from his student when he lived in Lucerne (Switzerland)
Treasure of documents, chiddushei Torah, ideas, worts, from a student in the Lucerne yeshiva Rabbi Yosef Erlinger, including from lessons of the Gra’il Steinman and Rabbi Moshe Zlotshik. Letter in a European language from 1943. Total of 16 items.
Rabbi Yosef Erlinger (1926-2020) was the son of Naftali of Switzerland. His father hosted the Gra’il Steinman when he was a young man together with Rabbi Moshe Soloveitchik when they had escaped the Shoah. He became close with his son Rabbi Yosef, and after his wedding the Gra’il rented him an apartment in Lugano. They remained in close contact until they passed away.
