Missing the first half title, and a leaf or two at the conclusion.
Dozens of halachic comments in the book regarding the rabbinic world and dayanut, in an Ashkenazic Rabbinical hand. This proficient rabbi and posek has not yet been identified. The leaf after the title page bears an unidentified owner's signature, perhaps the name of the person who wrote the glosses [?].
