Published by Rabbi Shalom Yitzchak Lewitan (Av Beit Din of Oslo) and Rabbi Yitzchak Klein Av Beit Din of Satmar. Articles from a number of rabbis, including Rabbi Lewitan himself. On the first page is a dvar torah from the Gaon of Vilna.
On the last page a few lines in the handwriting, and the signature of the editor Rabbi Shalom Yitzchak Lewitan to the "Av Beit Din of the holy city of Akko" who was amongst the subscribers of the quarterly. 1929.
