Placard from R ' Baruch Yitzchak Freund, distinguished member of chassidut Sanz in Jerusalem, regarding the deteriorating standard of modesty in the country and the need to limit the distribution of charity funds to people that fear G-d and learn Torah (and not chalutzim, Zionists and policemen).
