A large, high-quality sculpture in the image of Dante holding his book 'Divine Comedy' made of bronze and ivory, A cascading base made of marble. Unsigned. Estimated to been having been made in the late 19th century, in all likelihood by the French artist 'Victor Constantin Delaigue'. Height: 56 cm. In good condition.
