Letter on a stamped postcard in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Ovadya Yosef to his friend, Rabbi Katriel Fischel Tkursch. Jerusalem, 1963.
In the letter, Rabbi Ovadya asks Rabbi Tkursch to send him the three volumes of 'Ha'Torah Ve'hamedina' 10-13. Rabbi Ovadya also refers to an article written by Rabbi Tkutsch on the third part of the book 'Yabia Omer'. He also thanks Rabbi Tkursch for sending him an essay from 'Ha'Tzofe' newspaper, since he had looked for it yet had not found it.
Rabbi Katriel Fischel Tkursch was the rabbi of the Shapira neighborhood in Tel Aviv, a member of the Chief Rabbinate and a president of the league of rabbis of Ha'Poel Ha'Mizrachi.
