שו"ת שארית יוסף, לרבי יוסף ב"ר מרדכי גרשון כ"ץ. דפוס אלחנן אטינסזויס. פיורדא, תקכ"ז. בשער: "נדפס בא"ד [אמשטרדם]". אך מן ההסכמה עולה שניתנה למדפיס אטינזויס מפיורדא. [1], ד כד, [4], כה-לו, לט-מו, מו-נב, נב-נז דף. ספירת דפים משובשת.
