Palestine - 500 mil 1945 - PMG35.
Although the British Mandate ended in 1947 and the note were allegedly used for two years, only three are known to be graded above the 35 grade.
mils was the currency of the British Mandate of Palestine from 1927 to May 14, 1948, and of the State of Israel between May 15, 1948, and June 23, 1952, when it was replaced with the Israeli lira.
