Rav Zalman Zender Kahana Shapira [1951 - 1923] was a prominent Rav in Lithuania and Talmid of "Beit Halevy". He was hold to be a holy man whose Brachot become true. He founded the Yeshiva "Anaf Etz Hachaim" in Maltsh, one of the most prominent Yeshivot of Lithuania. His son was Rav Avraham Duver Shapira, Rav in Kovno and author of "Devar Avraham".
