Classic sefer by Rabbi Moshe Ibn Machir of daily conduct both Halachic and Kabbalistic. The sefer covers weekdays, Shabbos and Yom Tov. Warmly received it is quoted as a primary source of both Halacha and Minhag. A number of daily customs practiced until today are first mentioned in this sefer including “Modeh Ani” recited daily upon awakening.

Published during the author’s lifetime by his Son-in-law R. Shlomo.

R. Moshe ibn Machir (d. 1602), lived in Tzfas where he was renowned as a tremendous Talmid Chochom and great Mekubal. He led a distinguished Yeshiva which for a period was located in Ein Zetun before returning to Tzfas.
