Sefer Torat Habayiy by the Rashba, a halachic book on which the Halachic Psika is based. Printed in Berlin, 1771. Originally, 44 leaves. In this copy, the title page as well as leaves 11, 12, 41, 42 and 44 are missing. No binding. Detached leaves. See pictures.
Appearing on leaf 10 page 2 is a comment in ancient Ashkenazic script. The script is very similar to that of the Tzaddik Gaon, Maran the Chatam Sofer.
