Beit Habchirah by the Meiri. First edition. One of the first books by the Meiri that were published.
lengthy introduction by the author. Poem about the virtue of the work and praise for Moshe Binyomin Poah, who bought the manuscript on which the book is based. Lenthy Italian foreword.
On the title page, stamp of Rabbi Yosef Dov Cohen Av Beis Din of Slavo, who immigrated to Eretz Yisroel in 1924 and established the Novhardok yeshiva in Hadera, which later became the Knesses Yitzchak Yeshiva.
[2], 8, 129 leaves. 29.5 cm. In this copy, the first two leaves were bound at the end.
