Incredible grouping comprised of a handwritten note on thin packing paper by historical jeweler and glassmaker Rene Lalique and nineteen loose baroque pearls. Pearls were handpicked by Rene Lalique, which he neatly tucked away inside of the packing paper note. The pearls come in a variety of colors and shapes. The one-hundred-year-old fountain pen script reads, 1 perles baroque 8 carats 50 a OM, SY; discernable blue ball point pen script reads, 22; grises; dont 1 pendant; mauque l 2-8 19. Paper note: 10.25"L x 8.25"W. Approximate total pearl weight: 8g.
