Gabriella Klein (1970) was born in Tel Aviv, raised and educated in the United States, and returned to Israel over two decades ago.

Klein paints in a variety of materials on paper and fabric and creates wall paintings that hang in place. She holds a bachelor's degree from Massachusetts College of Art, Boston and a master's degree from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Winner of the Rapaport Award for Purchases, the Creative Encouragement Award from the Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Lottery Grant for an artist's book and an artist residency in Austria and China.

Klein has exhibited in many solo and group exhibitions in Israel, Europe and the USA, including the Israel Museum, Ashdod Museum, Yarakon 19, the artists' workshops, Maya Gallery, Noga Gallery, Barbour Gallery, the Drawing Biennale and the Herzliya Biennale.
