"Buy the Best from your Client, Buy British Products". Illustrated poster on behalf of the "Union for Trade Development between Britain and Palestine". Ephraim Strod and Sons Printing Press / "Intco", Tel Aviv, [late 1930s]. Signed in print: Hanshel. Hebrew.
A color illustration of a port with two shipping containers: a large container bearing the inscription "Palestine’s Exports to England" and a smaller container with an inscription reading: "Palestine’s Exports to Other Countries". An inscription at the top of the poster reads: "61 percent of Palestine Export Goes to England," and another on the bottom reads: "Buy from your Best Client, Buy British Products".
95X63 cm. Good condition. Folding marks and creases. Stains and slight damage. Printer's details ("Strod Press") erased and re-stamped.
