A poetry booklet by the Yiddish poet and playwright Lipa Reznik (1890-1944). Cover designed by Joseph Tchaikov (1888-1986).
Tchaikov, sculptor, painter, graphic designer, teacher and theorist, studied in Paris in 1910-1913. Was an active member in groups and societies of Jewish artists and one of the founders of "Kultur Lige" in Kiev.
39, [1] pp, 18 cm. Fair condition. Many pen and pencil inscriptions. Some stains. Folds and tears to margins of leaves. Stains to cover and tears at margins (some open). Front cover is detached.
