Lapel pin to be worn by participants in the Fourth Zionist Congress in London, England, August 1900.
The pin is in the form of a shield. At center is a Star of David bearing the Hebrew word "Zion". This is encircled by the (Hebrew) inscription: "Fourth Congress, 1900-5660, Delegate".
