Beit Tefillah and Divrei HaYamim Siddur / Hen Kol Chadash – Amsterdam, 1712-1713 – Handwritten Kabbalistic Additions
Beit Tefillah and Divrei HaYamim siddur, with Hen Kol Chadash – poems of R. Moshe Zacuto (the Ramaz). Amsterdam: Moshe Dias and Shimon Shemesh, [1712-1713]. Divisional title page for Hen Kol Chadash, with date 1712.
Sephardic-rite siddur, with kavanot of the Arizal and additions by R. Moshe Zacuto, with laws and short comments by the editor and publisher R. Moshe Refael son of R. Shmuel David Ottolengo. This is the first Sephardic siddur to be printed based on the Arizal rite.
Also includes prayers for three festivals, high holidays and Passover Haggadah.
Hen Kol Chadash includes songs authored by R. Moshe Zacuto for weekdays, Shabbat and other occasions.
On margins of many leaves of the siddur, kabbalistic additions (some lengthy) in Italian script, containing kabbalistic kavanot and novellae on prayers. The author has not been determined, but can be identified an Italian kabbalist of the 18th or early 19th century. He may have been a Torah scholar of the circle of R. Moshe Zacuto (in several places he mentions R. Natan Shapiro, author of Tuv HaAretz). The glosses are trimmed, affecting some of the text with loss.
Handwritten glosses to Hen Kol Chadash, with comments and corrections in Italian script, by another writer.
At the end of the book are bound two manuscript leaves. The first contains a copying of verses recited on Shabbat and festivals, while the second contains family inscriptions of "Hillel Segre" (from 1826-1843) and a lengthy inscription on a miracle performed for him in 1846.

[4], 167, [2] leaves. Leaves 131-134 bound after leaf 139. Hen Kol Chadash: [2], 19, 19-22 leaves. 16.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains. Detached leaves and bindings. Tears, including open tears affecting text, partially repaired with paper (with handwritten text replacements). Old binding, partially detached.

[1] leaf at end of siddur, with song to be recited after Tikun Chatzot as well as errata, which is not documented in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book and does not appear in the copy in the NLI catalog.
On second leaf of Hen Kol Chadash, printed dedication in Spanish to Dr. Fano Angel de David, by Moshe Refael Ottolengo. Amsterdam, 14th Kislev 1712 (this leaf does not appear in all copies, and sometimes appears along with another leaf not appearing in this copy, as documented in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book).
