מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון, הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ד אדר תשל"ב [1972].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח ר' ראובן געציל הכהן כהן בירושלים: "מאשר הנני קבלת הפ"נ מיום ההילולא יו"ד שבט... ויה"ר שיבש"ט [יהי רצון שיבשר טוב] בתוכנם, שכל עת זמנו הוא". בשולי המכתב מוסיף הרבי בזירוז ועידוד להשתתפות במבצע הנחת תפילין ובשמירה על שלושת השיעורים של חומש, תהילים ותניא.
