מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ב' שבט תשכ"ז [1967].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח ר' יעקב אלחנן אייכלר בירושלים. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "אכפול ברכתי שהשי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
