Handwritten gloss at the end of section 6, presumably written by R. Akiva Eger.
The glosses of R. Akiva Eger are valued in the yeshiva world and by Torah scholars for their perspicacity and profundity, and they invest much effort in studying them. The book Kerem Shlomo, is mentioned repeatedly in the writings of R. Akiva Eger, and he obviously held it in high regard and studied it in depth.
