"הק' יוסף בר"י הייזליר מעיה"ק טבריא" "JH"
He was born in Kosov in the late 18th century, the son of rabbi Yaakov who was a Chassid of Rabbi Chaim of Kosov. As a child, Rabbi Yosef followed the Torat Chaim and he was the one who put on his Tefillin on his Bar Mitzvah. He immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in his youth, where he established the Kollel Kosov which he headed.
Served also as Dayan of the Ashkenazic Beit Din of Tiberius and signed Psakim and letters of the Beit Din until the mid-19th century.
Passed away in 1926 and was laid to rest in the Kosov burial plot on the Mount of Olives.
Very good condition.
