Letter by the presidents of Kuppat Rabbi Meir Ba'al Ha'Nes of Warsaw, Rabbi Ya'akov Meir Biderman and Rabbi Yechezkel Spiegelglass, who hand-signed the letter. The letter was sent to the rabbis of Kuppat Rabbi Meir Ba'al Ha'Nes of Jerusalem and it is about money that was sent to the Kollel by several prominent rabbis and Rebbes (Alkosh, Twersky and more).
The letter is on official stationery. Parashat Va'Yeshev 1937.
Rabbi Ya'akov Meir Biderman (1870-1941), one of the most prominent rabbis of Poland before the Holocaust. The son-in-law of the "Sefat Emet" of Gur. He published the Sefat Emet on the Talmud. Was a member of the Committee of Rabbis of Warsaw and a member of Moetzet Gedolei Ha'Torah.
Rabbi Yechezkel Spiegelglass was born in Warsaw. A Torah scholar and wealthy man.
