A GILT-SILVER RUSSIAN OR CAUCASIAN CEREMONIAL BELT, C. 1900
A fine quality ceremonial Russian or Caucasian belt comprised entirely of silver, finished with filigree work and set with turquoise stones. Each link is stamped on the back with the Russian 84 silver mark and kokoshnik as well as Cyrillic initials 'K.CH'. The back of the belt is likewise gilt to the front. This example is of an extremely fine quality.
